I understand that I am making a commitment to 100 Women Who Care Foothills to make an annual donation of $400 ($100 at each of the four meetings). Donations will be given directly to local charitie serving the Foothills County, as agreed by those who are part of the chapter.
I agree to fulfill my donation commitment even if I did not vote for the charity selected by majority vote. I also agree that I will send an e-transfer OR provide my cheque to another member to deliver in my place or by mail if I am not able to attend a quarterly meeting.
I understand the conditions and know that I must submit a 30 Day notice to discontinue my membership.
