Nomination process:

  • Nominations are open year 'round, however, there are submission deadlines two weeks prior to each quarterly meeting, to allow us time to review nominations. (Meetings are the second Thursday in January, March, June and October.)

  • Once nominated, charity names will stay in the nomination jar until they are selected to present. If their presentation does not result in funding, their name goes back in the jar and they will get another chance.

  • To enable selected charities sufficient time to schedule their speaker and prepare presentations, the selection of three presentation charities is made at each quarterly meeting, approximately three months prior to presentation date.

  • A charity may only have one nomination in the nomination jar at any time. Submitting multiple nominations will not increase the chances of being selected to present.

  • Please read the nomination criteria below, before submitting your nomination.
